Thank you for supporting our small business. Because each item is custom-made using your personal photos, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

All photo magnets are made to order and personalized specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items.

Please ensure your photo is high resolution and properly cropped before submitting your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing defect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

In-Person & Popup Market Sales

Products purchased at in-person events, vendor markets, or popup locations are subject to the same policies outlined on our website.

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales made at popup markets and live events are final.

Customers placing custom orders at in-person events are responsible for reviewing submitted images and order details before completion. We are not responsible for errors submitted at the time of purchase.

If an item purchased at an event is damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 72 hours of purchase and provide photo documentation to be eligible for review.

We are not responsible for damage occurring after the product has been accepted at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted.
