Custom Products

All products are made to order using customer-submitted images.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for the image you upload.

  • You confirm you own the rights or have permission to use the image.

  • Image quality affects print results.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

All custom items are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Intellectual Property & Image Rights

By uploading an image to our website, you confirm:

  • You own the image or have legal authorization to use it.

  • The image does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

  • The image does not contain unlawful, defamatory, explicit, violent, inappropriate  or prohibited content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate or copyrighted material without proper authorization.

User Content & Marketing Permission

As part of our customization process, customers may upload personal photographs to create custom photo magnets.

We collect and store uploaded images solely for the purpose of:

  • Fulfilling and producing your order

  • Providing customer service

  • Resolving disputes or quality concerns

Uploaded images are stored securely and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as necessary to manufacture and deliver your order.

We do not use customer images for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes unless explicit consent is provided by the customer.

If marketing consent is granted, only images of the completed product may be used, and no personal identifying information (such as full names, addresses, or contact details) will be published without additional written authorization.

Customers may request deletion of their uploaded images at any time by contacting mgboxemail@gmail.com.
